I am passionate about using the finest quality ingredients. In my five-star rated kitchen all my cakes are made from scratch to give you the freshest, finest, and most flavoursome cakes. Where possible I source my ingredients locally.

CLASSIC RANGE

MADAGASCAN VANILLA

Classic vanilla sponge with strawberry or raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream.

LUSCIOUS LEMON

Zesty lemon sponge with homemade zingy lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Why not add elderflower syrup for a Royal twist!!

CHOCOLATE CAKE

This chocolate cake is very moist and full of chocolate flavour. Filled either with chocolate ganache or buttercream.

An optional splash of Baileys adds to the flavour. 

SALTED CARAMEL

Salted caramel sponge and buttercream with salted caramel drizzle.

ZESTY LEMON with BLUEBERRIES

This cake is bursting with flavour, the sweet fresh blueberries cut through the sharp lemon, giving a combination of flavours that dance on your taste buds. Filled with zesty lemon buttercream & wild blueberry conserve.

A delicious combination!!!!

PREMIUM RANGE

RED VELVET CAKE

An American classic.  Smooth chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream or a flavour of your choice.

WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY

White chocolate & raspberry sponge with white chocolate ganache and raspberry conserve.

ORANGE & PASSION FRUIT

A light sponge cake with zesty orange and a hint of passion fruit. The sponge contains both the juice and the zest of the orange, giving it a delicious fresh orange taste. The passion fruit purée in the buttercream creates a delicate but noticeable flavour. These fresh, bright flavours are perfectly complemented by a layer of passionfruit curd.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE

This cake is rich! A cross between a cake and a gooey brownie.
It melts in the mouth. Belgian chocolate is used in the recipe. Perfect with chocolate ganache.

Choose the same flavour of ganache for all the layers or different flavours for each layer.

CARROT CAKE

This carrot cake is packed full of flavour with citrus, spices, and rum (optional).
An award-winning choice.

FRUIT CAKE

This cake is probably the best fruit cake, according to an 80-year-old lady, who by her own admission has tasted

a lot of fruit cake.

PINA COLADA

This deliciously light coconut sponge cake is full of your favourite tropical cocktail.

Coconut buttercream paired with pineapple jam and rum syrup.

The guide prices given are for the classic range. 

The premium range are an additional £5.00-£15.00 per tier.
